Start writing down things that you enjoyed in your life and note them. Also start making lists of people people whom you appreciate and appreciates. Keep doing this process daily. Once in awhile, write down your gratitude letters, cards and gifts, to remember you had grateful attitude. Practice gratitude and never let it be forgotten.
